Personal Experience

Mr. Layman has extensive oil and gas related accounting and finance experience at a wide variety of entities from start-ups to billion dollar companies. His diverse responsibilities have included all accounting and finance functions including internal and external reporting, audit, tax, budgeting, analysis, and treasury. He also helped design a training program and recruited new graduates and interns. His professional experience includes positions at Sundance Energy, EnCana Oil & Gas, Questar, Shenandoah Energy, Ocean Energy, and General Atlantic Resources.
