Chelsea has been with the Quiat Companies since 2012. Chelsea manages day-
to-day accounting operations including financial reporting, reconciliations, month-
end close activities, as well as quarterly shareholder reporting and annual 1099
processes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of
Colorado. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family,
and being outdoors, including paddleboarding, backpacking, and hiking Colorado’s
14ers.
